Product Registration

You must complete registration for your product within fifteen (15) days of the date of purchase in order to activate limited warranty coverage.

Warning: Replace all ratchet, cinch and stabilizing straps and lubricate the hardware on your tree stand at least annually. Replace climbing cables on your tree stand at least every two years. Replace ALL hardware on your tree stand at least every three years. Imporper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair, including the use of unauthorized replacement parts, will void all warranties.

Warning: You MUST read all of the safety warnings, assembly and instructions carefully. By returning sending in your registration, you agree that you have read and fully understand all the safety warnings, assembly and instructions of your C & S Global Imports product.

Limited Warranty C & S Global Imports, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser that all products manufactured by it are free from defects in workmanship and material at time of shipment for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. C & S Global Imports, Inc. will repair or replace any part it finds to be defective if the product is returned to C & S Global Imports, postage prepaid, within the warranty period. The original retail purchaser must complete the registration card provided or online form within (15) days of the date of purchase in order to activate limited warranty coverage.
This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subject to (1) improper assembly, installation, adjustment, operation, maintenance, or repairs; (2) abuse, misuse, misapplication, modification, or neglect; (3) unauthorized service, maintenance, or alterations (including but not limited to the use of unauthorized parts or attachments). This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or destruction due to accidents or acts of God.
THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY C & S GLOBAL IMPORTS. C & S GLOBAL IMPORTS, INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability
C & S Global Imports' liability for its products is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. C & S GLOBAL IMPORTS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE, USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, this exclusion may not apply to you.
C & S Global Imports, Inc. reserves the right to make alterations or modifications to this product at any time, which in its opinion may improve the performance and efficiency of the product. It shall not be obligated to make such alterations or modifications to products already in service.
